About Department
Electrical energy has become important commodity in day to day life. Various electrical machines along with power electronic devices have been used to perform different task in industries. So it has become necessary for students to learn these things through available resources and faculties available in electrical engineering department and get ready to cope up with industrial environment.

The Electrical Engineering Department is established in 1995. The department is running with approved intake of 60. The program has team of 5 faculty members and 2 supporting staff. It presently has 6 laboratories. The department conducts industrial trainings, industrial visits, expert lectures & co-curricular activities for overall development of students.
